Its location is ideal for enjoying many activities on site (sailing cart, canoeing, surfing, kite-surfing, paragliding) but it is also a central starting point for discovering all Finistère (coastal trails, GR34, Locronan, Pointe du Raz, Crozon peninsula, Cap de la Chêvre,Brest ,Quimper)

A 3-minute walk to a bread depot and convenience store. 2 km to a grocery store and bakery. 10 min drive to Plomodiern and 15 min to Crozon. Your animal friends are welcome

Small 70 m2 detached house, 5-minute walk to a very nice beach, house located in the countryside, close to other houses and a farm. Large beach with many puddles ideal for children to swim in. Enclosed garden. Possibility to store your bikes under lock and key if needed. Close to GR 34, paragliding spots. At the entrance to the Presqu'ile de Crozon, close to Douarnenez, Locronan, Quimper, Brest and the center of Finistère. The garden is fenced.

Vacation home completely renovated in 2022, not attached, 300 meters from the sea in Loctudy in the Bigouden region. The house is ideal for having a good time with friends and family. In addition, in winter, a Scandinavian stove will warm you up after your long walks on the beach of Lesconil Sables Blancs, a 3-minute walk from the house! The GR 34 is 2 minutes from the house. You can enjoy high-speed internet with fiber optic!

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence overlooking the port rhu, 51 m2 furnished tourist apartment. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).

SMALL HOUSE by the Water Near the white sand beach, St JULIEN. With exceptional views of Audierne harbor and the ocean, this comfortable little house with a terrace is the ideal place for a vacation. The bright, south-west facing house is located a 5-minute walk from the center/harbor of Audierne, as well as beaches and shops. Kayak, paddleboard, and bicycle rentals are available nearby.

Waterfront studio (Little Saint-Jean 2)

The studio was completely renovated in 2018 by an interior designer. Facing Saint-Jean Beach, it was designed as a seaside setting, with wood and quality materials. Another similar studio, on the ground floor, is available for rent for people wishing to come with another couple. The 2 studios are one above the other.

Our house has two bedrooms upstairs (one with a 180*200 bed and the other with two 90*200 beds, convertible to 180*200). On the ground floor, a living/dining room, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay (sheets, towels, bathrobes etc...)
