Charming little quiet house

My house is very nice, quiet, with a large garden facing west. A kitchen-living room on the ground floor with a sofa that converts into a bed for the brave. A large room on the 1st floor, with a piano, in which I give Yoga classes, also equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed, and 2 small bedrooms on the 2nd floor. 2 good places to park. The garden is a little wild, but if you look hard you will find strawberries, raspberries or grapes!

Character house and typical of the Brocéliande region (located 10 m from the forest) built with red shale stones at the beginning of the last century. Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
