Relax in this quiet and elegant cottage, close to the beaches and the Laïta. This place is an annex to our main residence, independent and not overlooked. You are a 10-minute walk from the port and shops of Guidel-Plages. The forest and the Laïta are a few hundred meters away. Our 70 m2 cottage is fully furnished and equipped for your comfort. Entirely on one level, it has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.

Rental 350 m from the beaches, 2 to 5 people.

The main entrance of the house is on the facade, the other access is on the back and serves the outdoor garden furniture. On the ground floor, on the left when entering is the kitchen, dining room and living room. On the right is the toilet, and the right staircase goes upstairs. At the top of this, the hallway distributes to the left the bathroom, and then the two bedrooms.
