The rental is located 700 m from the beaches, the GR34 and the Sillon de Talbert (unique coastal sand spit in Europe), and close to all amenities. Perfect area for hiking! The beaches are quiet and pleasant. You will be close to the island of Bréhat, Paimpol, Tréguier, Perros-Guirec, Pontrieux, and other cities of character!

New 71 m2 house, bright, located halfway between the village and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room-kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.

(Minimum one week in summer) Located in the heart of a classified site on the coast, and on the famous GR 34: the customs officers' trail. Unique in its location; absolute peace and quiet with sea views and beach access!

Tiny house on the Presqu'île Sauvage

Tiny house located on private land, very close to the GR 34, in the municipality of Lanmodez. It consists of an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and dry toilet. For sleeping, there is a mezzanine for 2 people and a second for 1 child, and a sofa bed. Outside, a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs.
