La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

The house is close to the town center, restaurants and 1.5 km from Lake Guerlédan. The accommodation is perfect for families, hikers on foot and on horseback, business travelers, workers, cyclists and four-legged companions and horses. (direct access to greenway) Caurel is conveniently located in the heart of Brittany. Great walks in the forest, water activities on the lake, local entertainment throughout the season are at your disposal. English spoken in addition to French, of course.

Located in the countryside while being close to amenities, (2 km from the city center and 700 m from the supermarket) you will be quiet and can enjoy very nice walks from our home. We are also 50 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and 1 hour from the Golf du Morbihan.
