Grillen und Sonnen im Garten. Außensauna, 2 eBikes, Thule Cab2 sowie Wallbox für E-Autos jeweils extra zubuchbar.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Gegenüber liegend befindet sich das WC mit Dusche. Die Terrasse über die man in die Einliegerwohnung gelangt, lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Zahlreiche Radwege und das fränkische Seenland sind in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie der Zug, der in 22 min in Nbg ist.
