The huge private rooftop is the perfect place to gaze at the ocean & sunsets with a breeze. The apartment has mosquitoscreens , king size bed, AC, smart tv , starlink, open kitchen, and is spacious and well lit. In the garden there is a dippool to refresh and loungechairs to sunbathe. Currently offered at a reduced price due to construction aside.
