New studios located in the center of Peñiscola overlooking the sea, equipped with a viscolatex mattress to improve rest, double-glazed windows to avoid noise, parquet floor to improve your experience and a kitchen to give more versatility to your vacation in addition to a coffee maker and microwave. The studios have an exceptional location in the center of town just 30 meters from the south beach and 60 from the north beach and two minutes from Peñiscola Castle.

This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.

Alcossebre Sea Experience 3/5

The Sea Experience aparthotel in Alcossebre is a recently built complex located on the beachfront of El Cargador Beach and 550m from the center of Alcossebre. The 50 m² apartment has 2 bedrooms with capacity for 3/5 people (without views). The photos of the terrace are indicative and at no time do they reflect the height or exact position of the apartment that you reserve as you have several apartments of the same type in the Aparthotel.

The point that makes the difference for this apartment is the fact that it enjoys the see brise during almost all day, which is very fine in summer. The beach in front of the building, the south beach, is ideal for children because it is not deep, has no rocks, nor dangerous currents. Safer than any swimming pool ever invented!!! 3rd floor with lift.

1 min walk to both beaches

Cosy and sunny apartment for 2 people (40m2), on the third floor of a family house without lift. Nevertheless, our stair are not fatigating and the apartment is very easy to reach. Don't hesitate to choose it because, being the last floor, has the advantage of being very intimate and bright.
