From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

The stay exceeded my expectations: the communication with the host was quick and very friendly, the location is unbeatable (close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood) and the house is spotless: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

All in all, a wonderful place to stay. You have absolute peace of mind, as you live secluded on a mountain. In the house itself there is another accommodation, which was not occupied during our visit. Kitchen utensils available, but you have to get everything in terms of spices/oil. The listing says 2 single beds + sofa bed, but it is 1 double bed + sofa bed. It's not really big, but it's totally fine. If you are looking for luxury, this is the wrong place. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to be. We were there for 5 nights, absolutely recommend it

We chose the apartment for its area and view. The sunset from the balcony every evening is absolutely stunning. The apartment is small but has everything it needs, we didn’t miss anything. We stayed here for 2 weeks and felt like home :) The pool is very clean. Excellent location. There’s a shop right downstairs and many others in the area.

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

I booked this house for a week with my family and we enjoyed it so much. The house itself is great and the view is just stunning! My kids LOVE jumping into the pool and jacuzzi! It’s also super easy to go explore the island as the highway is 5 min away. We went to Los Cristianos, puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz. There is a little path that leads to the beach down the cliff…a bit hard for kids but did it as a “trail” and reached the beach in less than 10min! Definitely recommend if you went to spend some quality time in Tenerife!

Very nice apartment, with an incredible view of the port and the cliffs of Los Gigantes. With a little extra, a very nice pool overlooking the sea. Street parking available (complicated on weekends). Los Gigantes is a fairly quiet resort. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Please note that people with reduced mobility will need to go down and up 3 floors. We spent a great five days at this place. It was very quiet and cozy. We especially enjoyed the evenings - sitting outside, sipping wine, and listening to the ocean, which is less than a five-minute walk from the houses. The mornings were a bit less pleasant, as it's a working farm - so you can expect some smells and, unfortunately, quite a few flies once the sun comes up. There is convenient on-site parking, which gave us peace of mind about the car overnight. The owners were very kind and helpful. They even shared some bananas from their farm with us - definitely give them a try, they taste completely different from the ones you get in stores!
