Nos fascinó el lugar. Mi papá tiene dificultad para moverse y en el alojamiento pudimos acomodarlo en el primer piso, el acceso a la alberca y playa es muy amigable. Nos encantó el diseño de la alberca y su vista al mar. Es una villa ideal para familias. Ale siempre estuvo en contacto con nosotros. Muchas gracias

Muy buen alojamiento, lo recomiendo aun que para personas de la tarcera edad no creo que les vaya bien por las escaleras pero todo lo demas excelente

Roberto such a kind host. Place was very clean and comfortable. Will miss sitting on the patio and enjoying the view of the Zihua bay. Pool was very clean and refreshing. Close walk downtown to everything if you don’t mind stairs. If you can’t do stairs the bus stop is right there 13pesos to ride. Roberto speaks great English and is very helpful. Will be back hopefully.

We had a wonderful week at Casa Espiritu. The view is unmatched and the house is as shown and described. Jacqui was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the week and Yolanda took good care of the house during our stay. We’d love to return. The house is a bit far removed from the center of town or a hub of restaurants, but it is an easy taxi into town and we enjoyed the solitude.

We had a wonderful stay and I plan to come back in the future!

Our Holiday with our adult son, wife, and 2 yr 9 month old grandson was spectacular. A super place for happiness between the pool, the beach, the delicious restaurants ( that you can walk to), and the lovely home with comfortable beds and fantastic kitchen with any kitchen tool you would need. This Airbnb is owned by the nicest and warmest family. There is a family member on site should you have questions. We have stayed in many places around the world with our family and this one was definitely tops on on our list. We hope to visit here again. When you are away from the house and in town, a quick 10 min, you will find restaurant staff and the people are kind and helpful.

Villa Baraccuda is absolutely STUNNING 🤩 time stop ticking when you step in ! The entrance is magical ! The open space of the living room , the kitchen are fantastic. All room are spacious and charming ! The staff is very nice and always here for you , we hire the chef Axel he was so sweet and open to cook anything we wanted ! I have been coming to Troncones for 12 years , I will comeback in a heartbeat 💗 I travel everywhere in Mexico and Villa Barracuda is in my top best 3 houses !!

The view would be extremely hard to beat. We decided to hire Marabella and Elizabeth to prepare breakfast and lunch for us. Their cooking skills were amazing; delighting everyone in our group. We look forward to returning someday!

Casa Costamor is an amazingly beautiful home and property. The 4 bedrooms worked perfect for our group and the room with bunkbeds would be wonderful for a family. They views, the infinity pool, and the location are perfect. We chose to have some help with meal preparation and we were not let down. I would recommend this spot to any family or group that needs 4 bedrooms along with peace and tranquility. It is a full blown 10.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The villa was beautiful, we especially liked that the kitchen and seating areas were all open air. Swimming pool was beautiful. Very walkable to town. Local restaurants were wonderful. Kayaking, walking on the beach, massages on the beach, what’s not to love?

Casa Piedra del Sol is a wonderful, beautiful, and private estate perfect for large families of all ages or groups of adults. Astutely maintained by the warm and helpful Rosita, Pauli, Tino, and JP, all eager to help from great local advice to cooking, adventuring, and keeping things ship-shape. Classic local architecture highlights the artistic eye of the owners and is inviting, comfortable, and ideally suited for the environment. So many unique spaces to gather together or hide and read! Great comfy gathering area under the central palapa, or out by the beach: hammocks, chairs, and various ways to kick back. Pool is perfect for cooling off. Each individual sleeping area is designed for privacy while inviting the fresh beautiful climate of Troncones to pass through. Loved sleeping to the roar of the ocean! Professional stove, kitchen, and grilling area for the chefs in the group! Not enough room to say how this home made our vacation special! Thank you Olatz and team for sharing!

Lupe and all of the team at Punta Majahua were truly first class. Everything was set up so nicely and every question we had was answered helpfully and promptly. The condo was gorgeous and the site absolutely perfect.

Very peaceful for the most part some weekends were noisy. Gated and nice garden area, pool nice with splash pool. Gardener was very hard working and kept the place clean. Can sit on covered patio and watch child in pool. Owners have caretakers that are very efficient with any needs. Walk to Ixtapa was a few blocks. I would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Karina’s villa. The villa is cozy and nicely furnished. Santa cooked our meals and they were amazing. Santa and Jani ensured we had a great and relaxing stay. We hope to come back soon!

Mi estancia fue agradable, me sentí en casa, había todo lo que necesitaba, me gustó que todos los cuartos tienen baño, estaba limpia y recogida, las personas de mantenimiento y aseo de la casa muy amables, la alberca no es muy grande pero cumple su objetivo. La casa es muy bonita, está dentro de un coto privado pequeño, es tranquilo y seguro. El aseo de la casa lo hacen diario, pero no incluye el aseo de la cocina, eso lo tiene que hacer uno mismo. En general creo que le hace falta mantenimiento a toda la casa. Las puertas, los baños, las gavetas de la cocina, las cazuelas, algunos muebles, sombrillas se ven desgastados o viejos. A 3 minutos está la playa (playa la ropa), es pública y hay mucha gente, hay varias actividades acuáticas que hacer, los restaurantes son buenos, pasan muchas personas vendiéndote cosas, si esperas un lugar tranquilo y sin ruido esa playa no es la ideal.

Buena atención por parte de Paty estuvo al pendiente de cada necesidad, el lugar muy tranquilo, privado, limpio, agradable, cómodo y con lo necesario para la estancia.

Tal cual las fotos, la Villa está muy bonita, limpia, tienes las comodidades que se describen, muy cómoda, no hay ruido, cerca de playas, tiendas y lugares para comer.

Excelente lugar. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. La alberca estaba saliendo de la Villa y el mar a unos pasos más. Muy recomendable.
