Beautiful condo by the ocean shore, full of natural light and great ventilation. Located in the 7th floor of the building the ocean and mountain views are unbeatable. 5 minutes walking distance from the main restaurants and stores. The building has three pools, a kids pool, an adults only pool and a family pool, gym, one padel court and a pickle ball one, snack-bar, resting areas, beach shore, etc.You will feel at home, as the condo has everything that you might need to enjoy your stay.

Be our guest! You will love this condominium that has a walkout to the pool and overlooks the Ixtapa Marina. Playa El Palmar is a beautiful beach that is only a 5 minute walk. The accommodation is good for couples, retiredes, adeventurers, and families. There is a gym, full laundry, and Snack Bar. The Snack Bar has very reasonable prices and a variety of options. A less than 10 minute walk there are restaurants shopping stores, groceries and restaurants.

It has everything you need for you to spend an amazing holiday. The ocean view is perfect from the kitchen, from the dining room, from the living room, in the master bedroom or on the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook with all the accessories. The service is top notch, the waiters are always very attentive in case you need a botana or a drink in the pool. They can walk to the restaurant area, the marina, or shopping malls.
