Beachfront holiday rental in Playa del Matorral

Enjoyed our stay. Nice to have cot and high chair available for the baby and a generally well-equipped apartment!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The garden at the entrance is beautiful with a beautiful terrace that gives the impression of being in the house and with a beautiful ocean view. The accommodation is very focntional, there is nothing missing for a great stay. The place is very quiet, away from large hotels and very close to the beach. We recommend this apartment in a great location for sightseeing in the south of the island.

Valentino and Ervin were extremely personable and reacted very quickly and helpfully to any questions we posed. One of them was there to greet us and show us to the apartment on arrival.

Fantastic apartment, super clean, had everything, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach cooler, coffee, infusions… Esther thinks of everything. The fantastic location with bars, restaurants, supermarket, beach next door, we almost didn't use the car. She was always very friendly and attentive. I'll be back for sure. I give it a 10. Very quiet place with amazing beaches! Apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. Sunsets were amazing from balcony! Near very good mini market! Hotel nearby offered buffet dinner with water 22.5€ & Caretta Beach did amazing fresh fish!! Great for our short 2 night stay & great value!

We felt right at home with our two children in the accommodation. The apartment was very clean and we did not miss anything. Check-in was very easy due to Zuzana's information. She always responded directly to any questions. The children particularly liked the possibility to walk to both sides (balcony and terrace) and the in-house pool. We will be happy to come back.

Excellent position with a massive outside pation area, away from the busy high street but within easy walking distace. Across the road from the beach and 5 minutes walk to a local supermarket bars and restaurants. Monica was always responsive to any questions we had, we would definatly book again.

A beautiful position on the sea front with a view of Los Lobos that greeted us each day. Lots of thoughtful additions for families and a half hour walk from Corralejo allows your food to digest. Raquel was attentive and helpful and the property was a delight to stay at

We had a wonderful week at Villa Carmen. Our concerns were quickly addressed, we received good recommendations for the region and got a detailed tour in the accommodation. No wishes have remained unfulfilled! We'll be back☀️

the most beautiful stay and the kindest host!

A family of three with a 16 year old. What a lovely apartment, you can tell Javier takes great care. All appliances are high spec and easy to use. The location was perfect offering a lovely walk into the main area of Playa Blanca or make use of the bikes provided to cycle along. We also jumped on the bus as an option. Javier helped us with airport transfers and met us when we arrived, he talked through all the amenities and recommended some great restaurants. We actually thought the best places to eat were nearest to us, we had two good meals at Citurna and Furancho do tono was amazing, offering traditional Spanish meals at very reasonable prices. We used the pool most days, it was warm enough to swim once you brave the first dip (and I don’t do cold pools). There’s plenty of sun loungers and you often have it to yourself. We couldn’t fault anything about the apartment we absolutely loved it and hope to return soon. Thanks for your hospitality Javier!

Great house in a fantastic location. Only about 10 minutes walking for the town and countless of great bars and restaurants. The host was very helpful and responsive.

What a gem of an apartment! Right next to the beach but so private at the same time. The outside space is perfect and inside has all that you need. Super comfortable beds and the most beautiful bed linen. In a lovely resort with everything on your doorstep. The sunrises at the beach are spectacular. Definitely one to return to. Thanks Andrew for a fabulous stay.

Apartment as described, hostess very attentive and eager, great location right on the beach overlooking the harbor, good amenities. Some restaurants in the immediate vicinity - not so nice for us: most are closed between 4 PM and 8 PM, which is too late for dinner.

The apartment is a pleasure, it has a huge parking super close, a supermarket half a block away and sitting in the living room is almost like sitting on the sea. We really enjoyed it!

We had a lovely stay in the home, everything was comfortable, new and the art was interesting. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great place, easy check in. Lots to do nearby. Walkable to all the resturants and shops of Playa Blanca. 5 minute walk to lovely beach at Playa Flamingo. Accommodation had loads of space, big sitting room, kitchen/dinning area. Two good size bedrooms with lots of storage space. Kitchen had everything you needed although we only really had breakfast there. Lovely private garden terrace with lots of seating. Steps down to the pool which was always quiet. One day we had to share it with 2 others😂 Ignacio was always on it providing information. How to check in, directions from the airport and lots of recommendations for resturants and places to visit. He was also very quick to reply to any questions. Overall a lovely week away in a quiet setting with all you could need nearby.
