Apartamento de tres dormitorios con una ubicación excelente en el centro de San Fernando de Maspalomas, pegado a Playa del Inglés y a la parada de autobús. Recientemente ha sido reformado con un estilo muy moderno y elegante. Tiene salón y cocina totalmente equipada. En la cocina hay depuradora de agua con agua de muy buena calidad para beber y cocinar. Hay tres dormitorios, baño con ducha, lavadora, aire acondicionado y balcón con vistas hacia Playa del Inglés. Wifi de alta velocidad.

Zudem steht ein geschmackvoll angelegter Garten mit altem Baumbestand und Liegefläche zur Verfügung. Der Bungalow hat eine eigene Terrasse und einen privaten Innenhof. Der 11 m² große Pool wird gemeinsam mit einem 2 Bungalow genutzt. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an den Dünen von Maspalomas. Gleichzeitig ist er nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum von Playa del Inglés entfernt.
