Beachfront holiday rental in Playa del Albir

A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

Excellent place to spend a few quiet days and rest. The environment is beautiful and offers you possibilities to stroll and enjoy the area. The views are spectacular and it is very close to a couple of very nice coves as well. Definitely worth it

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

It's a lovely area, it's in a residential neighborhood, so you'll meet a lot of locals. It's definitely not an area for people with walking difficulties, but very charming. Marlena and Gøran are very sweet and helpful.

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a wonderful stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect, and contains everything you need for a successful holiday. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into the city. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return flight to Norway and were able to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I'd love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

Wow wow wow! What can I say!??! This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th with a bunch of friends. The house, pool, hot tub, and sauna were divine. The views couldn't be beat. We had so much fun both hanging out around the house and walking 30 minutes into Calpe to be in town. It is hilly to hike to town, but we did it several times no problem. There are a couple of great restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, too. We had room to park our 3 cars inside the property, too. We loved every minute of this vacation!!

José and Ana are very kind, they are always making sure that everything goes well and they respond very quickly. The location is excellent and everything is as described. I recommend it 100%!!!

We and the kids love Alexandre and Sandra's apartment. It is very spacious, with a large balcony, with all the necessary utilities; the apartment is very clean. Communication is excellent, always with quick answers from Ms. Sandra. The location is great, in the center of Albir with the beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance to 5-7 minutes in different directions of course. Even though you live in the CENTER, it is a quiet place! (but on 16.08 in the public parking, next to this building there was a spectacular fireworks show at night from 24.00 to 1.00 - at the end there was a bombing! like in war - people were hiding behind walls / walls, still making videos with their hands outstretched - I have never experienced such a bombing during similar fireworks shows - a bit scary, like everyone watching). But the next day on Sunday every (on vacation?) there is a bazaar, - worth visiting. A parking space in a dark, cool garage is very useful, especially during the peak tourist

Paula is quite possibly the most friendly, responsive host I have ever dealt with. The apartment was perfectly located for us, we know the area well. The apartment itself had ample linen, towels, beach towels etc. The key holder was lovely and friendly. We didn’t use the aircon as we found it more productive to have all patio doors open and let the air blow through naturally. We did use the washing machine and kettle but nothing else in the kitchen as we ate out. We did use the fridge for bits and bobs. For those not familiar with the area you are on the main high street, with all shops, bars, restaurants around you. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. We would definitely use this apartment again. If I could give Cristobal’s place more stars I would! Without doubt the best airbnb I’ve stayed in. The photos on the listing make it look pretty but it is even more gorgeous in reality! Such a tranquil and beautiful space to relax in. There are so many details which add up to make this a really special place, it’s a two minute walk from the sea, the plunge pool, outdoor shower and immaculate garden were a highlight and the furnishings were tasteful and comfy. Cristobal was responsive and couldn’t do enough to help. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Spacious and beautiful house with stunning views. Luxury, equipped with slender comforts and the elevator upstairs is a great solution for those who have difficulty walking.

As always an absolute pleasure to stay in these beautiful, well equipped beach front apartments. The hosts are perfect and will bend over backwards to ensure the stay is perfect.

This place was beyond my expectation. Laura has to be the best host I've come across. She was super responsive and went over and beyond to help us with restaurant/ sight seeing recommendations. The place is in a great location and very clean. I traveled with my parents and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Fantastic home, located in an highly accessible position to the beautiful and quaint old town of Altea. The property is extremely well appointed and very spick and span!! Therese was very hands on, making the check-in and check-out process very easy. Would recommend this property to other AirBNB users, without hesitation.

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, friendly people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

Beautiful views from the hot tub - a wonderful way to start 2025 :)

This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!

We had the perfect stay at this Airbnb in Calpe. The host was responsive and gave clear instructions on how to access the property. The property was exactly as described, very clean, and centrally located. The view from the balcony was amazing and we found there was lots to do nearby. We will definitely book this apartment next time we are in Calpe!
