Monthly Rentals in Playa de Matagorda

Communication with our host was excellent, my questions were answered promptly. The complex is very quiet, clean and well maintained. The apartment was as described. It was clean, bright and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed for 4 weeks and found the apartment had all that we required for a relaxing, enjoyable trip. I would definitely stay here again. Having a cooker, hob and fridge freezer were great as we didn't intend to eat out often. Having a washing machine meant that we could travel with just hand luggage. We have visited Lanzarote many times so we know the area very well, therefore we knew how far we'd have to walk to shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, the nearest ones are under a mile away. We didn't find it necessary to hire a car on this visit, we used the local buses and we like to walk several miles a day. Matagorda has some lovely bars and restaurants. .

This place is stunning, villa gorgeous and spotless, with a very comfortable bed- the location is unbeatable- cross a pedestrianised road and you’re on a beautiful beach. Right beside a shopping centre with great shops and restaurants. Safe to walk day or night, along the Promenade which goes all the way to Puerto del Carmen. There is nothing negative I could say about this place and Juan Jesus was a great host, responsive and pleasant.

We had a great peaceful nine days in Lanzarote. The apartment is clean , modern and ideally located. Great communication and advice from Bea with regards to check in and local attractions. The apartment is situated in a small quiet complex close to bars, restaurants and the beach. We had a really thoroughly enjoyable time. We will be returning in the future.

This apartment was fabulous, spotlessly clean and well decorated....would definitely book again.
