Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

It has a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, a living/dining room area (with a sofa bed), a kitchen, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a terrace furnished with a table and chairs with fantastic views of the mountain and the golf course. Playa de Las Vistas and Playa de Los Cristianos are a 10-minute walk away. All major amenities are within a 5-minute walk.
