Architecture and nature come together in this amazing house literally hanging over the sea, in a privileged location on the east coast of Gran Canaria. The building "flies" over the rocks visually plunging into the sea and giving you the feeling of sailing on a boat on the clear waters of the Atlantic. Sleeping rocked by the sound of the waves, or watch, without leaving the bed, the sun reflected in the sea at dawn; dine on the terrace by moonlight feeling the caress of the breeze ... are unforgettable experiences that this house guarantees. The house is very bright and faces the sea. The terrace of the living room has a dining table with room for six people, and the master bedroom terrace has a hammock for sunbathing, relax and enjoy the view or just reading a good book. And how far is the beach? Well, just beside the house! Just open the door and you can go down to the beach or to the rocky surfaces located under the house, with magnificent natural platforms for sunbathing and spectacular “charcones” studded with small marine life. Salinetas is a quiet beach where you can relax, rest, practice water sports, cycling, hiking, all in a very unique and familiar. To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. To the south you'll find small coves like “Silva” or “Aguadulce”, or the incredible fishing village of “Tufia”, with its cave houses and its archaeological site, remains of pre-hispanic inhabitants of the island. A little further south, the seaside village of “Ojos de Garza”, the vast bay of “Gando”, and the beaches of “El Cabrón” and “Arinaga”, whose seabed is considered the best in Spain for diving. "Las Clavellinas", the town where the house is integrated has little shops and supermarkets. By car or taking the bus, at a short distance from the house, you can be reached within 5 minutes to the largest shopping and leisure areas of the island, the golf course of “El Cortijo” and the airport itself. The access time to Telde´s historic core is about 10 minutes, 15 to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, and about 30 to Maspalomas. The location is unique, with direct access to the beach from the complex itself, bringing you closer to nature. The 50-meter apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen, a full bathroom and two terraces. The master bedroom has two single beds of 1.05 by 2 m, a wardrobe, shoe rack and dresser with drawers. It gives access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 by 2m and a desk from where you can see the pool and solarium area while resting. The living room has a four-seat sofa convertible into a 1.50 by 2m bed, 32-inch TV with smart TV. Access to the terrace from the living room where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and from where you can not only see the sea but also hear it. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a four-burner induction hob, a microwave oven and small appliances such as a juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, griddle and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a large shower and washing machine. You can also use the community dryer for a small fee. The complex has two swimming pools, one for adults with four Jacuzzi hammocks inside and another small one for children with all the safety systems, it also has toilets in the pool. On the other hand, the mild climate and pleasant temperature of the bathing water (between 18 degrees in the winter months and 22 in the rest of the year) allows the beaches to be enjoyed all year round. Gran Canaria's sports offer is closely linked to the mildness of its climate, devoid of extreme temperatures and allowing the practice of almost any outdoor sport throughout the year (golf, tennis, paddle, sailing, windsurfing...) Our apartment is located in La Playa San Agustín, a wonderful location, in a small and quiet complex on the beachfront of San Agustin Beach with direct access, where you can disconnect from the routine. Among the highlights is the terrace, due to its location it receives sunshine for a good part of the day and has two sun loungers, an umbrella and an outdoor dining area and awning so you can enjoy your meals outdoors with the pleasant breeze and listen to the sound of the sea.

Just renovated and complete with all comforts. It consists of a large living room with an equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed with the possibility of adding a folding bed, a large bedroom with a comfort double bed, a bathroom with shower.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.
