First of all, I'd like to emphasise how charming and attentive Manuel and Ana are. Everything was perfect from the first minute. Communication at all times and quick answers to any questions. The cottage is charming, friendly and cozy. It has everything you can imagine in the surroundings, all kinds of restaurants and entertainment. You can walk quietly through the heart of Rota without having to travel too far, given how central the house is :) Do not hesitate to use the parking lot, it is right in front of the house and you are guaranteed peace of mind. We were very pleasantly impressed by the apartment. Unbeatable location - it has two entrances. One straight to the beach and one to one of the main streets (full of restaurants and terraces for a drink). The decoration of the apartment is very careful and has a perfectly equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine), air conditioning, WiFi, FireTV, domotized shutters, and a balcony with direct views of the beach (facing the bay of Cádiz). On the other hand, the hosts are very nice and punctual. In short, I would definitely do it again.

Everything is great. The house is as described. Close to the beach...with everything you need. Very comfortable bed... very good shower... equipped kitchen... impressive terrace... and with a somewhat narrow parking space, but a luxury for the area. Totally recommended
