Very cozy penthouse with everything you need to spend a few days, just like in the photos, very clean and everything new. Alba was always attentive to what we might need, you have shops nearby and the location is perfect for sightseeing. We'll be back!

I have enjoyed staying here for 3 weeks. The apartment is in a quiet street, and partly because of that I slept wonderfully. On the one hand, it is about a 10-minute walk to the beach via the pedestrian tunnel “Tren de Pombo” that starts behind the house. On the other side, you walk down, where you have a nice row of restaurants (Calle Tetuán) 5 minutes away, and you can walk into the old town in 10 minutes. Don't forget to walk up the street and cross over, there is a good bakery/delicatessen (Gallofa) and a cafe hidden there. Eva's apartment looks recently renovated and is a nice mix of authentic details and modern comfort. For people without mobility problems, the stairs should not be a problem and neither should the slope of the road to it, so don't let that stop you. There may be affordable taxis and shared bicycles nearby (electric). Communication was always smooth, personal and enjoyable. I would love to come back and highly recommend the apartment.

A great, very clean apartment in an ideal location. Sonia greeted us and was helpful with some Santander suggestions.

Estela met us at the apartment to show us around. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and well furnished with great views out over the harbour. It was quiet and very clean. There is safe car parking outside the entrance, and shops and supermarkets not far away. I would thoroughly recommend staying here as this is a wonderful place. We liked it a lot, everything was impeccable, Raúl was very attentive and kind, he gave us local recommendations, the apartment had everything and the truth is we felt at home, he provided us with a crib for our baby and a plus was that it had parking. Wonderful bright, clean and spacious apartment. We loved the location as everything we wanted to see was in easy reach by walking or a short bus ride if you want to go to Magdalena Peninsula. Having two bathrooms was a nice luxury. We were very comfortable and felt very relaxed and at home.

The area around the property is very tranquil and quiet. Easy to find and only a short walk from several restaurants plus it is easy to catch the ferry across to Santander. We were a party of eight adults and the property had plenty of room for all of us plus in benefits from four bathrooms too. The living room was also very spacious and had a large dining table with ample room for us all to sit comfortably to eat. The garden was an added bonus and we made full use of this area.

She was an amazing host. Met us at the Airbnb to welcome us in and showed us around. Very responsive and lovely. Will definitely be staying here again when I visit.

There was nothing to complain about for us. A beautiful house in a quiet and better residential area. The central location to the beach and the town centre is great. We received a lot of information from Maria in advance and everything went wonderfully at the reception. We were there for 2 weeks and since the weather was changeable, the big house was great. The garden with the old trees provides shade and the evening sun is beautiful for a sundowner. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the fully fenced grounds. So if you want to stay in this corner with a dog - or children, because the cellar is full of children's toys - this is the right place. Thank you, dear Maria, for letting us stay in your house.

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and 10 minutes away you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a bit far away, but with a car you can get there easily and you can also visit the villages a bit with super good restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an incredible area to be at night with plenty of space. It really is an incredible house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

A place with incredible peace and very well located. If you're looking to spend a few quiet days, it's an ideal place. It is in the middle of nature, with the beach very close and very well connected to visit picturesque villages and eat in good restaurants. We repeat for sure!

Excellent apartment in a very nice place only five minutes drive from Laredo center. The host is very friendly and ready to help at any time. She also speaks English which makes communication a little easier. There is a lot of space for 4 adults to enjoy their staying for enough days. The two bathrooms really help. The place is cosy and super clean. I definitely recommend it!

We had such a fabulous stay at Cristina's apartment! Firstly, Cristina herself is just the sweetest person. As soon as we booked the apartment, she was incredibly communicative and helpful, not missing a detail! She also provided us with a ton of great recommendations for around the area. She is really a fantastic host. The apartment is also amazing, and exactly as it appears in the photos - gorgeous seaviews, everything you need and more, and absolutely spotless. We especially loved that you had the incredible views in every room! Additionally, the living room was large and comfortable, the bedroom beautiful, with a super comfortable bed, good water pressure and temperature throughout, and a spacious well-equppied kitchen. Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
