La cocina está totalmente equipada con: nevera, congelador, cafetera eléctrica, Nespresso e italiana, microondas, placa vitrocerámica, tostadora, calentador de agua eléctrico para infusiones, zumera eléctrica, vajilla, horno, etc. Igualmente se facilitan toallas, ropa de cama, secador de pelo, tabla y máquina de planchar, toallas para la playa y una nevera de playa. Se ofrece aparcamiento privado gratuito en la propiedad.
