This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. Beautiful Canarian-style house with two rooms recently renovated with a large terrace and a swimming pool with solarium and chilling area. The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems different, slower. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that fully opens to the terrace facing the sea, towards sunset, in a very quiet setting.
