Everything you need is walking distance; restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, taxi & bus stops,.. The complex has a big swimming pool only accessible to residents, so it's never over-crowded. Same goes for the beach, which you can see from the apartement terrace and reach within a 2 minute walk. 10 minute drive to the busier parts of town, PLAYA LAS AMERICAS and LOS CRISTIANOS.
