The apartment is spotless, very comfortable and has everything you need for a comfortable family stay. It has an unbeatable ocean view and a large balcony with comfortable armchairs. Self check-in. There is a large outdoor pool available (the water is very cold) and also a heated pool, gym, buffet of ready-to-eat food and drinks. Highly recommended, I would go back to the place!

Great location, beautiful ocean view, very clean and well equipped. My good host responds quickly and always attentive. The only bad thing was finding the temperate pool and jacuzzi in maintenance.

Everything was amazing, very clean and tidy, an excellent place to rest, everything nearby, just one drawback with respect to the pools that were not enabled, but everything else was highly recommended.

The apartment is just like described and shown in photos. Super complete in kitchen and bathrooms, clean and nice. Great view from the balcony to the sea and with a garage. The communication was perfect so much with Joaquín and his father that he kindly welcomed us the day we arrived that it was a late time.

We really loved our stay at this house over Christmas. It has a gorgeous view over the coast line and resides in absolute solitude. Santiago explained us well how to find his house. He showed us where we can hike in the environment. It was very spacious for a family of 4 adults. The kitchen is well equipped, so we could prepare our X-mas dinner while watching the superb sunsets.

Beautiful house, very beautiful view, quiet neighborhood and with all the amenities, for when you go with your family, everything is impeccable and very spacious, comfortable, nice rooms, 3 bathrooms almost new and with a "Marina" atmosphere, both inside and even in the beautiful quincho, a safe place, thank you very much for the trust and see you in the future hopefully not too far away... Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

Beautiful views in a very good location to explore both Valparaiso, Viña Del Mar and the casaBlanca valley vineyards. César was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our needs. I would recommend staying here.

My partner and I had a more than pleasant stay in Pamela's spacious and cozy house. In the morning you can enjoy a rich breakfast on the terrace with a 5-star view. At the same time, the communication with her was a 7. We hope to return heh.

The experience in general is great, starting with Rocío, who is always attentive to any movement, from the day the reservation starts. My girlfriend and I went on a rainy and cold day, and Rocío waited for us with the house heated and a bed warmer to reduce the cold. The house is amazing! Comfortable, clean and in a very quiet environment. In the morning, while on the terrace, you can hear and see a great diversity of birds. The beach is a couple of minutes away by car and Rocío also gave us a tourist guide with places to visit and was very helpful. Laguna Verde is a place of total disconnection and with Rocío everything was very pleasant! I would definitely come back.

Charming apartment (it is in a high place), spacious, tidy, comfortable, with an excellent view of the sea. Mobility is good and if you like to walk you can go to shopping centers and the beach. Recommended

Depto. very rich and very good view and location; communication with Katherine very fast and everything is clear. That we would have liked that there was a bath carpet to get out of the shower, outside of that, everything was very good! We would stay again

This is the 4th time we have stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.

I loved the accommodation, the host's service was great, the place was beautiful, the view from the balcony was very nice. Everything was tidy and clean, access was very easy, private parking, residential neighborhood, a great cafeteria nearby, the supermarket a few blocks away and the dunes too. We were able to use the heated pool at the facilities. We were two couples and we had a great time. Perhaps the only aspect to improve is that it would be good to have a couple more cooking utensils, bowls/salad bowls, and perhaps salt and sugar, but the truth is that despite that, it was a great stay and an extremely comfortable place to rest and disconnect. The beds were very comfortable, and although I missed watching TV lying down, the truth is that it helped me to rest completely haha Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!!
