Holiday rentals with a pool in PLAYA COCHOA

About it met my expectations. In reality the photos fail to describe the whole charm of the house. My whole family group spent some unforgettable days that will remain as a good memory and anecdotas to be remembered during a good time. As a point of improvement. The living room due to its spaciousness, with the pair of furniture looks a little empty, functional if but can better fill the space.

The house is more beautiful than seen by photos, it has a closed quincho (although it also has windows) and is next to the house, it has several old decoration details, it has all the kitchen utensils (there is no need to carry anything), Valentina and Gladys are very friendly and respond quickly any concerns, with security we will return

Valentina's house is beautiful! Large and very comfortable. Great for families, children and pets. The pool and the gazebo are spectacular. It has everything you need, very well-equipped. We had an amazing time! We will definitely be back!

With my family we had a pleasant stay, the place was exactly as described, family, quiet, clean, great location by the sea, house with beautiful decor, all the necessary implementation and very welcoming. María Paz is an excellent host, concerned and very friendly. Would definitely go back.

Our family loved our stay at Alejandra's home in Ritoque, so much so that we twice requested an extension which we were thrilled to have the opportunity to enjoy. It is a beautiful location with direct access to impressive beaches, and all the amenities for families with children. The cabin itself is spacious, while remaining cozy and extremely comfortable. Once again, excellent for families with children. If we have a chance to visit the area again, we will definitely try to stay at this same home.

Depto. very rich and very good view and location; communication with Katherine very fast and everything is clear. That we would have liked that there was a bath carpet to get out of the shower, outside of that, everything was very good! We would stay again

Very nice and comfortable apartment, with all the essentials for a few days of relaxation, the neighborhood is very quiet in general, I had a damage with my car so I had to stay on the parked street and I didn't have to worry about. the condominium facilities very good unfortunately I could not use them. The hosts are so kind and understanding

Our stay in Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not counting the beautiful view we had from the balcony . Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would come back without hesitation!

Carlos is a good host he met us when we checked in and showed us around the apartment & the facilities. He also gave us some local recommendations. The sand dunes are only 15 minutes walk and the local cafe, bakery etc is only a 2 minute walk..which was convenient. its a safe area to walk around. The apartment is lovely with a balcony in which you can sit and enjoy the views. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay here when visiting again!

excellent stay we had with my group, the concierges were very friendly and the treatment in general was very good of the building staff, on the other hand, the jacuzzi areas, pool, pool, etc., were in excellent condition, José Manuel was very kind and attentive at all times and his accommodation shone from what was tidy and clean. We will be back soon!
