You'll love my apartment (100% ELECTRIC). It's new and has modern, comfortable, and fully-equipped decor, so you can feel at home (Internet, WiFi, Netflix, cable TV). It's close to major tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The building has an outdoor pool, gym, and laundry center. We have parking. Public transportation is at the door, with destinations to Concón, downtown Viña del Mar, and Valparaíso.

The building has an entrance at the top, which is the car entrance (that's where you should enter with your car). Put the Euromarina building, 1 Calle Lapislázuli, no number, into Waze or Google Maps and it will take you directly to the car park (86, which is on level -2 (m2)). And the other entrance is for pedestrians (which is in front of the beach and you go up by funicular (direction Av. Borgoño 17.310).
