The apartment is next to the private road that in two minute’s walk leads to the ocean gate, the terrace overlooking the garden and the private road. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a small garden with palm trees also in front of the entrance door. Beyond the fence of the complex, there is the convenient free parking of the complex. Beyond the parking area there is a bus stop and the main road with supermarkets, restaurants, bars and amenities. Por la situación no es imprescindible el coche ya que hay una parada de autobús a 5 min. de la casa, que te comunicara con Arrecife capital pero si quieres alquilar uno hay parking gratuito delante de la casa.

Magnífico alojamiento en primera línea, salida directa al paseo marítimo y la playa, con mucho encanto. El alojamiento tiene una superficie de 99 m2 incluida la terraza. En la mejor ubicación de la zona, en un entorno muy bonito, disfrutando de vistas y una piscina peculiar con vistas al mar.
