What also distinguishes our house is our TOP location in the immediate vicinity of the Elster Pearl Trail, for hiking, mountain biking and paddling.

Late Gothic house from 1519

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.

Private wellness area with sauna, shower and relaxation room. Our vacation home has a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, rain shower and underfloor heating and a small guest toilet on the first floor and a fireplace in the living room for cozy winter evenings. Garden furniture, a grill and deck chairs are available.

The holiday home 'Werner' is located in Neustadt, in Vogtland, and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday in nature with your loved ones. There are dams and bathing opportunities in the immediate vicinity, as well as good hiking and cycling opportunities. The 50 m² property is situated near the forest and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 4 people.
