The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The quiet location makes it the perfect retreat. The property is completely fenced. Inside, you’ll find a warm, cosy atmosphere, including a fully automatic coffee machine and a fireplace that creates a feel-good vibe, especially on cooler days. The accommodation provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.

If you want to explore the Old Town with its many attractions, it's only about a 10-minute walk. But you can also take the tram. The stop is practically on the doorstep.

The apartment is suitable for a relaxing family vacation or business travelers. It is located on the first floor of a newly renovated 4-family house. Our apartment is about 80 square meters and has a fully equipped modern kitchen, a cozy living room, 2 bedrooms and a new floor-heated, barrier-free bathroom.

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
