A great place to relax by the sea. Peacefull place. Parking. Large apartments. For a large and small family, I highly recommend it!!! Thanks!!!!

We enjoyed being so close to the nature, listening to the sound of the wind and the drumming of the raindrops on the yurt and having it cuddly warm through the fire at the same time. We loved cooking with a wool hat on our heads and cooling off under the outdoor shower after the sauna sessions. We really felt and enjoyed this gem this weekend. We found exactly what we were looking for. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.<3

We were completely satisfied! Plenty of space and everything clean. Location was perfect anyway. Towels, bed linen, washing machine incl. Dryer, vacuum cleaner... everything is there! We have been vacationing in Warnemünde for years and have of course already experienced some cases that were not worth their money. We will definitely book this spot again.

Even if it was only a short stay, it was really a successful one. It was really super straightforward. The apartment is 100% as described.

Everything was great!! The only thing was that the beach was a little far on foot. Otherwise, we'd love to come back!!!😊

We had three rainy days with a toddler in Warnemünde and we couldn't have chosen a better accommodation for our trip. We felt like at home. There was a baby bed and high chair with a children's towel and a bathtub that invites you to linger. The couch and bed were incredibly comfortable. Whether a short trip or a long stay - this accommodation is perfect! Close to the train station and right by the sea.

The house is in a beautiful and quiet cottage settlement. The surrounding area is very clean. Especially with a dog, it is very good,thanks to the high hedge our dog was able to lie down and relax on the lawn. It is also not far to the water,a small 5-10 minute walk and you were on a small stretch of beach for swimming. The key handover went smoothly and the building management could be reached at any time in case of questions or problems. The house was very clean and really cozy for 2 people,you can even vacation there as a family with 2 children. In the kitchen there was everything you needed,kettle,coffee maker,toaster and even a small dishwasher and washing machine were available. The beds in the bedroom were also very clean and cozy,we were able to sleep very well. All in all, we can only recommend this small and cozy house for a nice holiday by the lake to relax and unwind.

We were completely satisfied. A great house with comprehensive amenities in a great location. And the communication with the hosts was personal, fast and always accommodating.

We felt very comfortable! The apartment is very modern and chicly furnished, super-clean. The reception was nice and the resort offers a lot for children. We would have liked a slightly better kitchen equipment (small Forks, salt and pepper, etc.) In addition, it would have been nice for dog owners if there was information in advance that the dogs are not allowed in the gastronomic areas.

Amazing place for holidays with children. It is not only beautifully located but also full of attractions for children such as playground, indoor and outdoor pools etc. The only drawback is poor contact with host, impossible to reach by phone, takes long time to answer, yet I would visit again.

The place is very nicely located - only 1 min. from the beach. Bakeries, restaurants, playgrounds, climbing forest are in walking distance. The apartment is as in the photos very nice and furnished to a high standard. We had a very nice time!

Beautiful place to stay! Everything was very clean and well equipped. The contact with the host was super friendly and straightforward. The small bookcase and the toys for our children were an absolute highlight. We will be happy to come back!

Very nicely furnished apartment. The location right on the beach is great and we were able to do a lot (Heiligendamm, ghost forest, etc.). Communication with Uwe was also great! We can definitely recommend the apartment!

A nice, cozy apartment with a great terrace and garden. Great for starting the day or relaxing in the evening sun! The location is really great... just along the street or through the park and you are at the sea. Simply great, especially with a child. Bakers in the village, restaurants and a bike rental. The two playgrounds in the village are also very nice and easy to reach. To the apartment, tidy and clean. Some dishes were not quite clean and had to be washed again by hand or in the dishwasher. But everything else was great. The booking with the laundry package also worked out great and the beds were already made at check-in. Overall, a highly recommended accommodation to spend beautiful summer days by the Baltic Sea. Very child-friendly and well-equipped. Julia is super sweet and friendly. Responds quickly to messages and comes across as very competent. Thank you for everything!

The accommodation incl. garden are very nice, well maintained and private. Especially for small children, the covered terrace, the swings and the sandbox are wonderful. You can also lock the property through the large gate, which makes it even more relaxing for the parents. The (albeit small) beach can be reached quickly on foot and even includes a playground, public toilets, a volleyball court and a bistro. In the latter you can get rolls in the morning, which is good, because unfortunately the local consumption is closed. In the upper part of the village there is a great free outdoor gym. The horse farm is also easy to walk. As a note for families with small children: in the evening it was sometimes quite noisy at the neighboring equestrian farm accommodation until about 10 pm. However, the landlords even took care of it and even called. Heidrun and her husband were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed it very much!

It's a nice cottage in a great location. We were 4 adults and one toddler - was a great fit! A love and solution-oriented communication took place between the landlords and us. In the nearby area is everything you need: the Fleesensee (within 3-5 minutes), restaurants (there can also be picked up rolls for breakfast) and also shopping.

The house is a dream. The photos correspond exactly to those on the site. The terrace is what I really liked. Very well arranged and extremely comfortable. I loved it. Functional kitchen. We did not use the sauna. It was too hot outside. We preferred to bathe in the bag accessible in 2 minutes' walk. I would highly recommend this home. We enjoyed this weekend. Thank you

We were already Kristin's guests for the second time and felt great this time as well. The contact is pleasant, friendly and fast. And the accommodation itself is so beautiful and cosy that it's not bad if the weather doesn't cooperate. If you have forgotten your book for rainy days, you will find a good selection on site. You can take a great walk, jog - and do water sports right ☺️ outside the door! A great school for kitesurfing, sup and wingfoil is a few steps further on the campsite - and there is also a cute beach bar for a drink at sunset. Everything is great. We'd love to come back! A very nice, well-kept and cozy apartment! Ideal for two. It is quietly located in the district of Graal and you can reach the beach and shopping on foot or by bike in a few minutes.
