My home: Nice house very near to the beach.

My house is perfectly situated, in a quiet street. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a well equipped kitchen and a big terrace (it is all round the house) and you can eat outside. It has a nice, little garden and a barbaque there. The house has Wi-fi internet. It is very near to the beach ( less 5 minute walking),. It is also ideal for long stays at affordable prices (I have set specific prices for the different months of the year adding a considerable discount each month).

All kinds of services are offered (towels, both shower and beach, self-service cold water and hot water, sweets, fruit, soft drinks, oil, vinegar, salt, bread, milk, cookies, savory snacks, welcome bottle of cava, ice, juices...) The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
