Apartment holiday rentals in Platja de Xeraco

This was our first time in Valencia and we picked the perfect apartment. There were four of us and we all had plenty of room. The space was very clean and had everything we needed. The best part was that it is perfectly located. We were able to walk to many restaurants and local shopping. The beach is a short taxi drive from the apartment which was also great. I highly recommend Anna Maria’s space.

The building and the apartment are truly beautiful, in Spanish style, antique and very elegant; in the central area and in one of the most beautiful districts of Valencia; easy to reach by metro or bus (no need to spend money on a taxi); it allowed us to leave our suitcases before check-in and then it has a place to leave them at check-out. We always moved on foot because everything is close, the streets are very nice to walk along, full of shops and clubs; the city and the neighborhood are very safe even at night. What can I say, highly recommended; the price is definitely cheap for what it offers (there are even 2 bathrooms, wonderful!!!)

We arrived during an emergency (there was no electricity but no phone service in all of Spain). We found this place in a magical way and also in a magical way we were handed the keys. Helped Rodwy's directions on which roads to take. Location in a great location. We are very happy because the vacation was great.

The location of this property is 10/10. Located in the centre of the old town, surrounded by beautiful squares, restaurants, coffee shops, and winding streets, chapels and the incredible covered food market, just around the corner. The apartment is spotlessly, clean, comfortable, and the roof terrace is a real added bonus. Due to the design of the property, each room is on a separate floor, so if you are infirm in any way, this would present problems. I would absolutely stay again. and recommend to friends

Jávea is great and John’s appartment is a gem. A lovely terras right at the sea, above a nice and cosy boulevard with great restaurants. Spacious inside and two perfect working airco’s and a big rainshower. Loved it! I really hope that we can stay here again next year! Nicolas and Charlotte

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay. Alejandro is an amazing host, who gave us a warm welcome and made sure the apartment was perfect. It was the most well-stocked kitchen we have ever had on AirBnB—plenty of spices, cooking supplies, pots/pans, etc. Alejandro even left us an assortment of beverages, and a large bowl of local oranges for juicing (delicious way to start our mornings). The view is superb, and we spent hours on the beach. We were so impressed with all of the details and care that Alejandro puts into the apartment. Truly a 5-star experience!

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a quiet part of town. The apartment is exactly as described and the view from the balcony is absolutely perfect. The location was perfect for us too, we wanted to be able to go on a night out but did not want to be surrounded by hen dos and stag dos so Xabier’s place was perfect. Had the best time chilling on the balcony or on the beach. A few lovely little restaurants nearby but also a short bus or taxi ride to more choices in town. The garage was an added bonus to park the car on busy days (there is parking outside but it gets busy at the weekend) Finally, Xabier was extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly around checking out time. This was really kind of him and meant our last day was perfect!

Flat was in perfect location to restaurants and beach, clean, tidy . Chloe was really accommodating and quick to respond, we had a great week.

Keli’s apartment is absolutely lovely, just as it looks in the photos. It was very peaceful with stunning views and it was so relaxing to hear the waves as you go to sleep. We stayed in April and the weather started mixed so it was great to have access to the heated indoor pool. The outdoor pools were very well kept although cool at this time of year. The gym and the grounds were excellently cared for. The balcony was perfect for sun downers. The flat is a short walk to Greenwich Marina where there are lots of restaurants and places you can buy fresh bread, have coffee or pick up a roast chicken and chips. Closer to the apartment there were 2 great little beach restaurants. One only opened for the season 2 days before we left. We made trips to Dénia, Calpe and Altea and our girls had a couple of tennis lessons at Altea tennis club which is only 10 minutes drive. I would definitely recommend a car. The beach is pebbly but the water is very clear and lovely to swim in.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

We had a wonderful stay in Villajoyosa. The morning view from the terrace directly onto the sea was incredibly relaxing and started the day perfectly. It was particularly nice to hear the gentle lapping of the waves at night – it created a very special atmosphere. The accommodation itself was spacious and well equipped, so we felt very comfortable. The only minor criticism was the cleanliness: upon our arrival, hair from the previous owner was on the floor, but it was promptly removed after our feedback. There were also some spots on the sofa, which was a bit of a shame, but overall that didn't bother us. Overall, it was a great stay. If you are on holiday here, you should definitely have a car or rent one to reach the beautiful sandy beaches, explore the surroundings and get to different restaurants. We would definitely visit again!

We liked the apartment very much, especially the beautiful view of the sea. The building where the apartment is located is also very clean. The locals are very friendly and the pool invites you to relax. We liked that it was not directly in the party area and you had your peace. The apartment is wonderfully equipped - we will be happy to come back!!

This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!
