A beautiful porch with a large table. Living room with TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor has two double bedrooms, one with access to a small terrace with sea views. A full bathroom with shower is also located on this floor. Amenities include parking, a swimming pool, and a gated communal garden.

The house is a minute walk from Sa Tuna beach, one of the prettiest beaches in Costa Brava. Sa Tuna has stunning scenery with pristine waters surrounded by pine trees and still retains the feeling of a fishing village. Our house has a privileged location in an elevated position with a magnificient terrace overlooking the cove. The traditional Catalan house is full of character with high ceilings, airy and loads of light. It is an oasis of tranquility and perfect for unwinding.
