This fantastic new-build apartment is extremely comfortable and fully equipped. There is room for up to 4 people and you have the beach and all amenities in the immediate vicinity! This nice apartment was recently completed and very tastefully decorated. It is located on the first floor with elevator in a small apartment complex with private parking and storage room, so you do not have to take your beach belongings inside. There is a cozy spacious living room with a sitting area with chez longue sofa, a dining table and a fully equipped semi-open kitchen. The spacious terrace can be accessed from the living room and has a relaxing lounge corner and an outdoor table for breakfast or dinner. From here there is a view of the swimming pool and you can enjoy the sun all day long. (South oriented). There are also two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and en suite bathroom and the other with two single beds (90x180). The second bathroom is located directly opposite one of the bedrooms and both have a comfortable walk-in shower with rain head, a sink and toilet. The entire apartment has electric shutters, integrated hot and cold air conditioning and the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. In the living room there is a flat-screen smart television with which you can use Netflix or Prime Video, etc. with your personal login details. Behind the kitchen is a separate laundry room with washing machine and here is also the vacuum cleaner, mop, etc. Through the bedrooms there is access to a huge terrace to enjoy the last hours of sun of the day. Here is a dining table with chairs and a band and two sun beds with parasol. The communal swimming pool is located at the front of the complex and is only accessible to residents of the complex. In addition to a large swimming pool, there is also a small baby pool and an outdoor shower. There is also a garden with various parasols and a pergola to stay around the pool. This area is completely fenced off with a fence as extra security for children. Next to the swimming pool is a play area with various equipment for the little ones. This is a fantastic apartment for a wonderful holiday in Jávea!
