Nice and cozy beach apartment. VT-44245-V

Large apartment in a beautiful national park. Walkable to the lake and beach and around 5 minute drive to the beach. This is in an apartment block which is one of many and we found it a little difficult to find the correct one. There is a small row of shops and cafe 10 minute walk away where we hired bikes (from Duna bikes) and there are some great cycle paths near the lake and birds including flamingos. Recommend the shop Frutas y verduras for delicious croissants, coffee, wine and other fresh produce, just round the corner from Duna bikes. Raquel is very responsive and good at problem solving. We had a few issues and she resolved all of them. The main adult pool is not functional and she gave us another option. The apartment is decorated simply but everything is clean and working. The beach called Platja de la Devesa is nicer than the other beach Garrofera

Impeccably clean and brand new, the ground floor flat was perfect…. and was even better than the beautiful photos. The equipment was also all brand-new and when we had a technical problem with the coffee machine, Lorena immediately found a quick solution to replace it. I had not originally planned to stay longer than just 1 night (accompanying my elderly parents) but it wasn’t a problem to stay the full 3 nights, sleeping on the comfortable couch bed. Lorena & her husband were the perfect hosts and had great dining recommendations. It would be a true pleasure to stay again as the immense beach (located in the nature reserve) was literally 3 minutes away as was the large private swimming pool (for residents only). Neighbors are friendly, respectful and discreet and you feel in total security. An added bonus was the incredible 360deg view from the 11th floor of the building! Thank you Lorena!

We had a great 10 nights here watching the waves roll in. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay the pool also very good. Would definitely advise having your own car as nearest restaurants are a couple of miles away and supermarket even further but is worth it for the peace and tranquility of being in such nice surroundings which are far removed from your usual tourist trap by the sea.
