Apartment holiday rentals in Plaisance, Paris

Meine Frau und ich waren über Pfingsten in Paris. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man zum Wohnen braucht. Wir haben die Lage enorm genossen. Sehr ruhig mit einigen tollen Restaurants, Bäckereien sowie Supermärkten in der direkten Nähe. Zu Fuß ca 30min zum Eiffelturm. Super angebunden; die nahegelegene Metro Linie 12 bringt einen direkt in die Innenstadt oder nach Montmartre. Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden, super vorbereitet und Laura war stets für Fragen zu erreichen. Vielen Dank dafür! Absolut empfehlenswert für einen einen Aufenthalt zu Zweit in Paris.

Appartemment sécure, très calme, très prope. Nous avons très bien dormi dans une bonne literie (y compris le canapé-lit),hôte amical et réactif...je recommande!

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. I loved the location. After long days of exploring, it was a peaceful retreat. There are several cafes and brasseries nearby. Phillipe was very helpful when I asked for dining recommendations. I hope to come back to this lovely apartment if I’m in Paris.

This is the best Airbnb experience we have ever had, largely thanks to our incredible host Terri! She is very helpful and responsive, making us feel completely supportive before and during our stay. The unit itself and the surrounding are nothing short of beautiful. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing that felt like a home away from home. The unit is well-equipped. We found everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Nineteen nights went by so fast! What a great location, a great host, and a spacious apartment with artsy vibe.

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

What a fantastic host and property- the location was excellent, the 14th truly is a village within Paris. Beatrice was so helpful and her little apartment was the perfect base for us as we enjoyed Paris.

Place is better than the pictures. Back balcony is private, quiet and view of Eiffel Tower. Bed comfortable and spacious living area. Whole place comfortable and well appointed. Great host with many local recommendations. The best place I've stay in Paris by far. Also, the 14 arrondisement is a gem. Would definitely recommend and return.

Host was very helpful allowed us to checkout but left our bags there until our flight back to NZ always prompt communication. Highly recommend this apartment it was a great place A+++++

Emma's place is exactly as shown in the photos: simple, Q quiet, charming, with a lovely outdoor patio. The very beautiful Parc Montsouris is steps away. There are two cafes within a short walk for an easy meal or coffee. The train is around the corner for a 15 minute ride to Notre Dame. We had a very easy and comfortable stay.

I had an amazing stay at Loris’s place in Paris! The apartment is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, surrounded by charming local restaurants and a lovely park. The sunsets here were truly breathtaking. Getting around was effortless, with easy access to buses, trams, and trains, making it a breeze to explore the city. Loris and Lauren were incredibly attentive, checking in a few times to make sure everything was perfect. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste, but they went above and beyond by delivering a mattress pad the next day, which made all the difference. As a thoughtful touch, they welcomed me with a bottle of wine and offered excellent recommendations for local activities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

We are glad we chose Catherine's place for our short trip to Paris. She is a responsive and thoughtful host and there are several nice touches throughout the apartment that we appreciated and which made us feel at home. The neighborhood is peaceful and makes you feel like you are living an authentic Parisian lifestyle, but still walkable to the center and accessible via metro. Some great restaurants and bakeries around. The bed is super comfortable and overall the apartment had everything we needed.

An outstanding stay in a comfortable unit near the Metro which gave access to everything in Paris. Some foodie places and a Carrefours across the lane made it even better. Very clean and well thought out accommodation. Perfect for us.

Jad’s place is a delight. It is unique and interesting so you feel like you are somewhere special before you even open the door to Paris. The location is fabulous too - markets, the cafe and restaurants within easy walking distance. Buses and trains are also easily accessible. We had an alleging weekend. I would highly recommend Jad’s place. I dk f often stay somewhere twice but I would book this place again and probably will!

We had a great stay at Alex’s place! The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible! Although we had a busy schedule while in Paris we made time to sit and enjoy both breakfast and wine on the balcony. Very close to the metro, local markets, and restaurants which was super convenient!

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The apartment is in a great location for exploring the city with some great local restaurants just round the corner. Our hosts were always quick to answer any questions we had. The baggage storage was very useful and easy to use on both the check in day and check out day so we weren’t carrying heavy bags around. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. We used all three beds including a very comfy fold down bed in the living room, it was so nice to stay somewhere with comfy bed pillows and Aircon! I will be highly recommending this apartment and hope to stay again.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.
