On the Corniche Kennedy/ Promenade Pompidou in front of the beautiful Prado sandy beach and its park. Below the apartment many restaurants and shops. Cycle paths. Within reach of centers of interest: Orange Velodrome stadium, nautical centers (2024 Olympics), skate park, Borély park, golf, etc. We rent paddles 20€/d.
