Clean house with new furniture and fixtures, equipped with all utensils, wifi and more. Didier is a very friendly person and was always responsive to messages. Too bad the garden is a bit neglected, with a little care the accommodation would really become a little gem. Be careful if you have a long car (SUV or station wagon or in any case longer than about 4.40 meters) because the parking is a bit tight and requires some maneuvering to get in/out. It might be a problem to have room to maneuver if the parking lot is full.

Great stay with friends with 3/4 year olds House well suited for them with the secure garden. Beach at 1 min walk. Coastal path next door. Sandy beach 5 min drive 15 min walk ( 20 min with children ). Great super nice playground 5 min walk from the house. The house was very clean. Just provide the basics (salt, oil, vinegar, dishwasher tablets, kitchen towel, etc.) Everything was great, we loved our stay 👍☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

We had a lovely stay in Fayence. Lots of hikes and beautiful perched villages to discover nearby. Very nice hosting by Marie and Laurent. The accommodation is very pleasant, functional, very quiet with a very well wooded and arranged garden. We recommend this listing without hesitation.

We had the pleasure of spending a week with Marie-Anne and were very warmly welcomed by her. She fully respects the privacy of her guests and is always available quickly and helpfully for any questions. The pool and garden were released for our own use, which we really liked. The location of the property is quiet and pleasant, perfect for relaxing, and at the same time an ideal starting point for excursions in the area. The apartment fully corresponds to the pictures and offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Dominique’s place is special. The view is spectacular as you are on top of a hill in Nice but in a residential area and still within a couple of kilometres from city center. The drive up there is quite a thrilling one and makes it that much more special. The pool and the pool area are the highlight even though it was too cold for us to use the pool. There is a quality table tennis table so if you have nice racquets bring them along to play. You also have everything you need including a gas grill and hammock and microwave etc. Food delivery options are also aplenty given how close it is to Nice. The house itself, while old, is spacious and has everything you would need. The warm water takes a while but the house on multiple levels feels very spacious. The plot is truly massive and is pet friendly and feels very safe. If you are looking for a quiet place and lots of space, a pool, and spectacular views of the ocean close to Nice, it is hard to beat and the host is fabulous too!

This was a beautiful little place to stay. The unit has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The unit has all the cooking equipment needed and it has all of the appliances you need. It is an about a 30 min walk to the train station Loubet Plage and you can get all of coastal towns. Paul welcomed us into his home and we loved our stay. It was like a home away from home.

Everything was perfect: the accommodation was very nice with all the essentials for a good stay (including a very well-equipped kitchen). Located in a residential area, the house is quiet while being close to shops (less than 5 min walk) and the beach (less than 10 min walk). Geoffroy is very friendly with lots of care for appreciable hosts. I recommend it without hesitating!

Nice big apartment near the train station. 7 minute walk to Palais. There were only 2 of us, the apartment is big enough for 2 couple or a family of 5-6.

We loved our stay in Pascals rooftop apartment. It was at the top of 100 steps but it was so worth the climb. Very light and airy and a fabulous balcony where we ate breakfast. Very clean and well appointed. Quiet over night and so close to the beach and many shops, the daily market and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Florian's apartment is located on the heights of St Raphaël and close to a shopping center. It is very bright, very clean and perfectly matches the photos. The residence is also very quiet.

We stayed in Fabio's apartment from April 17 to 22. When we arrived there was the co-host Cyril who was very kind and available as also the other co-host Laure who gave us several information to help us better discover and appreciate Antibes. We had a great time together! The apartment is as in the description and in the photos: clean, tidy and very bright. There's a great view! It's easy to walk to the beaches of Juan le Pins in about 5 minutes and there is an Intermarché very close by. In addition, it is the ideal place for those who like us have children because there are very close play areas. Very recommended accommodation. We'll be happy to go back!

Stayed here for a week with my partner and 5 month old whilst visiting family in Nice and this place ticked all the boxes. Central location - which was ideal for us walking with the pram . We also had the fallback option of the tram line close by as well. Plenty of shops / restaurants near by. Very spacious & clean apartment , plus the view from the balcony was stunning 🤩

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

This studio facing the sea is a jewel, very well-equipped and cozy, Wendy made sure we lacked nothing! I would recommend it without hesitation!

Stefane’s home is the best! Beautiful accommodations with everything you need. Gorgeous park-like setting. Great sunsets. Stefane was very helpful and accommodating. His neighbors are also very kind. We very much enjoyed our time in his home and in St. Raphael.

We had a great time at Amria's place. The apartment is located close to shops, the beach or even old Antibes. Amria is an available, responsive host with good advice. I highly recommend staying at Amria's place for a stay in Antibes.

one of our more memorable Airbnb’s to stay in. The view was spectacular. Loved the sound of the ocean so close by. Getting an Uber to go to Nice was very manageable. I recommended it to friends who live here in France. I will plan to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Marco's place ! From the seamless check-in to the warm welcome, everything was perfect. The property is stunning, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The kitchen had all I needed, and the pool room was perfect for relaxing. Very pleasant and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing as well as in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely furnished, we felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers beautiful views of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need a car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We highly recommend this apartment.
