Apartment in accordance with the listing and the description. Very nice bedding. Rather quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is secure. Check-in instructions are clear and accurate. Pierre Marie is welcoming, available and responsive. Accommodation to recommend!

We stayed with Thierry for a week and can only recommend the apartment with all our hearts. The apartment with its interior is very tastefully decorated. Everything you need is available and you feel very comfortable from the first second. The terrace is sensational and very spacious and decorated with many plants. Thank you very much again for the beautiful days.

2nd stay in this small apartment facing the sea! always spotless and the view is always beautiful! Philippe and Corinne's instructions are very clear for self check-in. Kitchen is well equipped, beds comfortable. Its strong point is its location: beachfront , restaurants and any nearby trade.

Great place for a small family to stay. Bit small for anymore than 2/3 adults but very well kitted out for kids. So much easier having all the kids bits around the flat. Highly recommend!

Great stay in the chalet facing the sea. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms well arranged. There is only one bathroom and only one toilet on the ground floor, which can be complicated at 6 but with the layout of the chalet difficult to imagine being able to propose adding one. So you have to get organized! The location is more than ideal and the terrace is really a gem. We recommend!

Very pleasant apartment and good location. Very responsive and available host. Small downside: "hidden" towels in the wardrobe and lack of products (toilet paper roll + shampoo and shower product).

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is conveniently located close to the port and various shops within walking distance of the residence. Too bad the pool wasn't open yet because it's out of summer. I would highly recommend it Thanks to Pascale and Olivier for their responsiveness.

wow, what an incredible place to stay, right in the heart of an amazing vineyard and olive groves. The loft was very spacious with a beautiful little courtyard that gets the sun all day long. it's a perfect base to explore the many gorgeous towns and beaches that Lucien shows you on checking in. We had the most relaxing stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

The apartment is very well equipped with a balcony that allows a beautiful view of the garden and the sea. Communication with Fabrice was excellent at all times.

Very good stay in Gruissan, at Marie-Sophie's. The accommodation is super clean, quiet, with a very nice garden, and a pool. Marie-Sophie is very welcoming and did not fail to give us addresses to visit. She is very easy to reach in case of problems. I recommend it.

Very nice apartment, large and bright, nice balcony to admire the sea despite the house in full renovation works just in front. And above all, everything is within walking distance, the beach of course, and shops (including supermarkets) and restaurants. Fabienne is very responsive, answers all questions, and accommodating for checkins/checkout (autonomous). We enjoyed ourselves!

The accommodation was great. I have never stayed in such a well-equipped holiday flat. We really had everything we needed. The view was fantastic. In general, the flat was very tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer.

The reception on the phone by Martine was very nice and by Lucien responsive and the schedules are not fixed. Quiet apartment and view of the port like the photos. Enjoyed the stay.

We loved our stay here! As a family of 5, it couldn’t have been better set out. The beach location was fabulous and our kids loved it. There were some games to play including the hut. We swam every day and I loved swimming before breakfast and yoga on the beach. We also ran the length of the beach (beware of naked sunbathers!) and explored the local area. It was such a pleasure to relax and watch the kids playing on the beach. Fresh baguettes are available at the camping shop. Sandra made everything so easy and sent us videos to make check in very easy. Highly recommended!
