Annelise's apartment is ideally located. Close to the beach of chalets but also shops, everything can be done on foot. Very warm and welcoming, the apartment has everything you need for a successful stay. AnneLise was very accommodating for an early check-in, very responsive. I recommend this accommodation for a stay in Gruissan, everything was perfect.

We had a great stay at Pierre’s apartment in Canet-en-Roussillon. The flat was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and ideally located right opposite the beach. Communication was excellent throughout, and having a dedicated parking space was a real bonus. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable week, including a very handy washing machine. Highly recommended!

2nd stay in this small apartment facing the sea! always spotless and the view is always beautiful! Philippe and Corinne's instructions are very clear for self check-in. Kitchen is well equipped, beds comfortable. Its strong point is its location: beachfront , restaurants and any nearby trade.

Very nice little house with direct access to Grazel beach. The house is very well thought out and very well organised. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. Géraldine is very welcoming, responsive and smiling. Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back!

Perfect stay! Sinan is an exceptional host, very welcoming and available. His tips on restaurants and local things to do were valuable. We felt right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the charm of this house. Everything was thought out for our comfort, from kitchen amenities to plush towels. A real cocoon. Located in a quiet area, the accommodation is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The proximity to shops and restaurants is a real plus. i highly recommend it

The sea view is really superb and the accommodation is very welcoming with a bright and pleasant stay. Sébastien our host was very nice. Keep in mind that the room is quite small and is on the 4th floor without an elevator. The neighborhood at the back of the building is dynamic with many bars and the unobstructed festive noises can disturb the most sensitive. The experience is positive for us. wow, what an incredible place to stay, right in the heart of an amazing vineyard and olive groves. The loft was very spacious with a beautiful little courtyard that gets the sun all day long. it's a perfect base to explore the many gorgeous towns and beaches that Lucien shows you on checking in. We had the most relaxing stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Looking for a peaceful corner, with welcoming hosts and a touch of humour? While remaining discreet but very friendly? This is Corinne and Didier's place. We had a wonderful stay in this small barrel, which is more than enough as all around us we had 11 hectares, a swimming pool, a petanque court with balls, but also the visit of the two dogs from time to time (lovely) and sometimes the very nice and well-trained horses. We left with a 4-month-old baby and although the surface is limited it was great, Corinne had installed a travel cot. And the bedding... top notch. We love to change places to travel but if one day we are looking for tranquility to settle down, this is where we will come back. Thanks again to Corinne and the faucet manager 😉 for their welcome. Very pleasant stay in a clean accommodation, quiet in April, very well equipped and perfectly located on the edge of a large beach. The residence is a 3 min walk to small shops and restaurants, perfect for a week without a car. Gabriel is available and friendly, one more asset for a quality stay.

We had a pleasant stay in your apartment with this view on 2 sides of the marina. It's nice to see the monohulls and catamarans pass by. The accommodation is well-equipped and quiet, the welcome on our arrival by your concierge was very much appreciated. For those who love beautiful sandy beaches, Le Canet is perfect. And for the others, going down to Collioure (beautiful colourful and flowery alleys) Port-Vendres or Banyuls by the coastal circuit, there are many wonderful landscapes to discover and small beaches, some with the possibility of snorkelling and seeing very beautiful fish.

Very nice apartment, large and bright, nice balcony to admire the sea despite the house in full renovation works just in front. And above all, everything is within walking distance, the beach of course, and shops (including supermarkets) and restaurants. Fabienne is very responsive, answers all questions, and accommodating for checkins/checkout (autonomous). We enjoyed ourselves!

The place was stunning, great decor.. The area is super cute and relaxing. Everything is nearby. The beach is a nice, sandy gradual entry. Bring beach towels.

An excellent stay in this beautiful house!   We were won over by the splendid (and panoramic) sea view as well as the exceptional setting that this house offers, faithful to the photos of the listing. The location of this place in La Franqui is ideal and we were able to do everything on foot (access to the beach and many walks from this location). The house is very pleasant from the outside (wooded and shaded garden in places, several well-appointed and equipped terraces, with comfortable furniture). It also has an impeccable interior, clean, bright, practical, with warm and neat decoration in all rooms and super well equipped especially in the kitchen (good equipment, storage, lots of dishes and household products available...). Like us, you will not miss anything during your stay and you may be sorry, when the time comes, to leave this haven of peace.

Perfect Holidays with Mr Yves! Our holidays were incredible thanks to Mr Yves, a great host, and an exceptional accommodation! Mr Yves, full of positivity and energy, was incredibly attentive, friendly, always ready to help and responsive. Their attitude made our stay perfect. The accommodation was ideal: a clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. The location is a dream! First row, second floor with balcony and large bay windows for sun and sea air. The view of the beach and the sea was splendid, and waking up to the murmur of the waves – pure happiness! All amenities were close by: market, shops, restaurants. We also bought fresh fish from local fishermen. 20 km away, oyster farms for exquisite oysters. We are very happy with our stay! We'll be happy to go back and highly recommend it!
