With direct access to the gardens and pool you'll enjoy the 300 days of sunshine the Aude region receives every year.

This contemporary styled ground floor studio apartment is 25m², has a fully equipped kitchen area and en suite shower room. No early check-in or late check out possible, and please note that it is not suitable for babies and children.

The accommodation is quiet and not overlooked and has its own private entrance. The studio is attached to our house. A 5.50*3.50 m (unheated) swimming pool will be reserved for you. A charcoal barbecue is available. It must not be moved.
