Holiday rentals with beach access in Plage de Saint-Aygulf

We had a great time in this small apartment a few meters from the sea. It is located in a super quiet area, in Agay, the sea is a beauty, the mountains are incredible, wherever you turn, there is nature and there are many places nearby to visit. It's really worth it if you bring a car to go to nearby places and beaches, you shouldn't miss it, it has parking (a little difficult to open the door🥲). We cooked several times, we ate on the terrace. I wish they had coffee available as an amenity, in other places, we enjoyed it a lot. The tourist guide they had was very helpful. Just to mention, sometimes it had a smell like stagnant water, a little unpleasant, they helped us to eliminate it, but I think it is something that should be addressed.

The Host Marie is a very fine, polite, welcoming woman and has a very empathetic and pleasant way of relating to people. The early 20th century villa has been renovated in the 'Belle Epoque' style with excellent aesthetic taste and solutions suited to the style of the property, which also make it well organised and very functional. He is gradually tidying up the green park and garden of the Villa, which is very large. The Villa will therefore become increasingly enchanting, well-kept, elegant and attractive. The location therefore deserves the most flattering judgment and a very high overall rating!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, the apartment was spacious, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. The patio and view were even better in person. Nathalie was an exceptional host great communication throughout, and she went above and beyond when we accidentally locked ourselves out on a Sunday. She came over personally to help us. Truly appreciated her kindness and responsiveness. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

We had such a fantastic stay at Celine and Jean Christophe’s apartment. They were exceptional hosts, very helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. The apartment is amazing, it has everything you could possibly need. They’ve thought of everything. The views are fantastic. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

we found the place felt like it was right out of a movie set from somewhere exotic. beautiful pool and surroundings. was perfect for 4 kids and 2 adults and the beach was also within walking range. thank you Carolane and Jerome for the best experience of the South of France.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

Perfect stay in this ideally located and very quiet house. The private residence where the house is located was, in May, very quiet. Perfect view, no opposite, the noise of the railway is very attenuated by the distance and is absolutely not disturbing. The beach is within walking distance but it's worth pushing a little further to avoid being glued to the coastal road that squeezes it up close. In short, we had a lovely time and will be back with pleasure.

Experience the most authentic southern French country life.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you go the wrong way to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is clean and cozy.The hostess and host are very kind people and will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two gun dogs, I want to take them home directly ∠ (｀ω´*).

The apartment with Yves corresponds very well to the description. It's a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time at the Cote d 'Azur. we really enjoyed every day. Yves is wonderful, very hospitable and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Apartment as described. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive and offered us sweets, drinks. Only small downside: the neighbours were extremely noisy all night, it was impossible to sleep.

I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

Really nice place if you like it calm. If you come without a car, bike rental is something to consider. I very much enjoyed the garden, Pierre and his colleague were always supportive and approachable.

We had a great stay, the accommodation is very well equipped and perfectly matches the description. The terrace is very nice with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean! Arnaud was a great host. The apartment was furnished really nicely and it felt very homely. It was spacious, very bright and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and marina. It's a bit of a trek from the lift to the apt but thats the only negative I could think of and it's only a small one. The pool was amazing, the pool area was extremely clean and quiet. It was lovely to swim every day. It was a decent walk Along the promenade to st Raphael which i would definitely recommend, its a really nice town and the views along the way of the sea were insane. We will 100% be returning and I would highly recommend Arnaud and his apt to anyone, except value for money.
