Ma maison (historique et de famille !) à Ste-Marine : Ty Plouz, surnommée Le Paradis par les amis, en 1ère ligne et bénéficiant d’une magnifique vue mer et accès direct à l’estuaire. Attention draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis par défaut, mais sur simple message Tetyana peut s'en charger (tarif 25 euros le grand lit, 15 euros le petit lit, avec serviette de toilette).

Our single-story house is located 350 meters from the beaches, in a cul-de-sac, quiet. Garden with 2 south and west facing terraces. If you want to recharge your batteries and breathe in the sea air of Brittany, you will enjoy our 120 m² house that we have just finished. You will find all the comforts in summer and winter (pellet stove), a lot of calm and you can hear the sea which is very close: 300 m. With family or friends, you will find a day area well isolated from the night area. The garden is enclosed. It's a great spot for cycling or walking between Loctudy and Lesconil.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with office area and fireplace as well as a bathroom.
