I refit it in 2018 into a small room. The bathroom is outside of the bedroom and the full kitchen is under a terrace with an open and beautiful view to the countryside and a small garden. Very well connected with a bus stop just 1min by foot and only 7 min to palma centre and 5min to closest beach by bus.
