Between Sencelles and Costitx, this natural stone finca offers views of the Tramuntana mountains. On approx. 14.000 sqm: spacious garden with pool and private tennis hard court. Ideal for families or close friends. Upstairs: Open double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and view over the living room, plus an additional bedroom with two single beds. Both share the same bathroom. Downstairs: Two double bedrooms with shared access and one shared bathroom (see floor plan).

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Ca Na Xidoia is decorated in a rustic style, with attention to detail in every corner. The ceilings are high with wooden beams, an open concept, a loft with an open kitchen and a mezzanine room with a low height, and a steep staircase. It's an ideal place for people who love nature, animals and want to learn a little more about Mallorcan tradition and culture.

This beautiful property is located next to the picturesque village of Campanet, You can reach the city in a pleasant 15 min walk. Not far away is a sports centre and tennis court. This is a comfortable country house for 4 people, it has been completely restored recently, combines contemporary design with comfortable and elegant furniture with traditional looks.

It is a large house located on the outskirts of Montuiri, in a very quiet area, with a swimming pool and ideal for groups or large families. It has 7 double rooms with their respective fully equipped en-suite bathrooms, 6 bedrooms on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor. It has a garden area, barbecue and outdoor furniture. No parties and events.
