A hidden paradise for humans and dogs! Very close to all the beautiful beaches, hiking and surf spots!

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

We were received by Sanja's mother-in-law, who lives on the 1st floor. She speaks a little English. The apartment was very clean and offers plenty of space with the two bedrooms (one with bathroom, toilet, sink and shower) and the separate shower/toilet. Marin, Sanja's husband, also came by personally and gave us some tips for sights and restaurants and marked them separately on the folding map he brought with him. Marin was easily accessible and answered all questions very quickly and kindly. He speaks and writes in very good English. We also liked using the sun-protected area with the seating area in the garden and the grill. The fish market is definitely worth a visit to stock up on fresh and inexpensive fish for the grill. We can recommend the accommodation without reservation. We had a good time. Many thanks to Marin and family!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

We absolutely loved our 6 day stay here. Luka met us at the house where the car park is, drove us the short distance to vIlla Carera and showed us where everything was. The location was perfect - in the old town, lots to see nearby and a small supermarket and pharmacy very close by. The house had everything we could want and we spent a lot of time relaxing in the beautiful garden. Really highly recommend Villa Carera.

Perfect stay to visit Premantura and neighbours. The house was very clean, quiet and with all the comforts reported. The hosts are very helpful, welcoming and kind people ( they also have a beautiful and very sweet dog). I would definitely come back. Absolutely recommend.

The place is very cosy, everything looks like new. The kitchen is well equipped, the whole apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. We had a nice time in the beautiful garden where was a jacuzzi and even some staffs for kids like rackets for playing. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and the market. The area is rather quiet and green. Valentina and Nicola were really nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

It has been a joy staying at Sandra’s place. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and offers many amenities that make you feel right at home. It’s within walking distance of Max Shopping Mall (which has free underground parking) and the Lungomare promenade, where you can enjoy various types of beaches — some with sea urchins, some without 😃. Be sure to bring swim shoes, as they’ll come in handy for the rocky shores. The apartment is ideal if you’re bringing your own car or planning to rent one. There are free parking spots around the building, but make sure not to park on the lawn — fines are steep. The city center isn’t right nearby, so if you enjoy walking, you’ll appreciate the distance. Otherwise, you can easily take a bus or rent a bike, scooter, or e-step. A huge shout-out to Sandra for her kindness, proactive communication, and warm hospitality — a top-notch host!

We felt very comfortable with Emanuela from minute 1. Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. The garden was great and everything is done with a lot of love. We would definitely come back :)

We had a super nice stay in Ivana's villa. There were four of us with two dogs and we had a relaxing holiday. Since the villa is completely fenced, the dogs were able to jump around wonderfully. In addition, the interior was super nice and luxurious. We will be happy to come back!

This accommodation has everything you need, the hosts are very courteous and also respond to requests. For example, the pool temperature and the time when the pool is illuminated. The value for money is really GREAT!! Cleanliness and quality of furniture, household items, etc. are also simply amazing! We can definitely recommend it.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Daniela and Korado welcomed us very kindly and first gave us a tour of the property. All communication was very friendly, uncomplicated and fast. Everything was as described and the view from the terrace is simply magnificent; the large pool was not only refreshing, but you could also swim in it very well. We had a wonderful time at the accommodation and felt very comfortable. We highly recommend the house and Daniela and Korado as hosts.

Fantastic villa and with Salvica also an excellent contact person on site! We were in the villa with a group of 8 people in mid-September and loved it. The house is very spacious and superbly equipped. Most of the time, however, we spent in the well-maintained outdoor area and especially at the pool. Overall, the accommodation offers plenty of space and many opportunities for creative leisure activities both indoors and out. Together with the perfect location on the outskirts of Pula, this place really left nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

I stayed at Pol's place with two other families. We were a group of 5 adults and 7 children. Pol's property lends itself excellently to offer tranquility and play spaces for children. The property's land is spread over terraced levels. Each terrace offers the opportunity to comfortably sit, lie down, and relax. An aperitif under the olive trees where you can enjoy the last sun of the day, under us, in plain sight, our children who still have the strength to play in the pool. The rustic accommodation, furnished with simple taste, has every comfort and is equipped with everything. The house has distinct residential units where you can stay without invading the privacy of others. Our Host, Josip, was nothing short of special! Attentive to our every request, equipped with a special kindness, he was able to make us feel immediately at ease. Great stay, above expectations. Satisfied!
