Our balcony had one of the best sea views we have ever had. Absolutely stunning. We went mid October and the weather was fabulous. Fantastic snorkelling in front of the villa in crystal clear calm waters. Tough walk if you want to go by foot to the nearest bar but we had a car so it wasn't a problem. Local firm are happy to collect you from the barrier and take you to Pizzo in a Tuk Tuk (great fun) which cost 5 euros each. Villa and surrounding area felt very safe and secure. Thank you Maurizio for a wonderful holiday.

Great location right by the sea, a beautiful sunset every day, only a short walk to the beach and crystal clear sea, we enjoyed our holidays in Santa Maria very much! The surrounding area with Capo Vaticano, Grotticelle Beach and Tropea is also worth a visit. The house part is simple, but well furnished, always warm water and everything very clean. Well-equipped kitchen. Many thanks also to Aunt Anna, who looked after us very warmly and helpfully, and even drove us to the train station at the end. Thanks a lot!

It was a pleasure to stay in Mrs. Maria's apartment, a wonderful person and always available to answer our questions. The apartment is in a quiet area of Tropea and the view from the terrace is truly unique. I recommend Mrs. Maria's apartment, she makes you feel at home, kind, friendly and always available. It was great staying in one of the houses in Gianfranco and Gabriella's popular hotel. We stayed in the Chiani house, it is very well cared for with a attention to every detail typical of craftsmanship and the Calabrian tradition. Gianfranco and Gabriella are very kind and gave us great suggestions on the villages to visit and local activities. Living in Belmonte was an unforgettable experience, the house is set in the Middle Ages, looking out over the alleys and enjoying the views gave us the opportunity to participate in the millenary history of the villages of Calabria. We highly recommend staying with Gianfranco and Gabriella both to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Calabria and to live the experience of the medieval village of the crafts of Calabria.

Luigi met us at check in. He did not speak English, but it worked. We had absolute privacy and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We were greeted by birds every morning and a view to the sea. Unfortunately for us, many restaurants were closed for the season. However we were able to get into two with reservation. The apartment is located well next to the main piazza and parking in front of the building was easy. We stayed four nights with no regrets.

Cristina was very friendly and helpful host. Her apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It has lovely garden with a lemon tree. You need a car to access beautiful surroundings of Tropea, Pizzo, Capo del Vaticano, Zambrione beach (beautiful private place).

Nothing to say about the accommodation. Complies with the price and descriptions. Condominium structure a little abandoned, but equipped with a very kind and helpful caretaker. Clean, perfect apartment, equipped with all comforts. The problem arose with a very large leak from the apartment upstairs, obviously not attributable to the host, making it impossible to continue the stay. Antonio, at his own expense, immediately found us another solution, far superior in quality and services. Fantastic, available, hospitable, always attentive to our needs. We discovered a wonderful person who, even in discomfort, did everything possible, and even the impossible, to guarantee us a fantastic stay. I recommend both the host and the property in question, despite the critical issues of the context, but for the price and services it is excellent.

Beautiful house with a huge sun lounger overlooking the sea. Extremely equipped with everything, both as tools and appliances in the kitchen, and as detergents and cleaning products. A stone's throw from the beautiful marina beach of Zambrone (very clean but immediately deep water). You are a 10-minute drive from Tropea, where there is also a Eurospin to do shopping, which I highly recommend because in the neighboring markets they fill you. Great house in a great place 👍

We had a great time. The apartment is very clean and well maintained and you will find everything you need. The hosts are very friendly, super helpful and easy to reach. The location is also great, very close to the beach and also to Tropea. There are many mosquitoes there but good, dense nets in front of the windows so they can't get in. So no problem.

There were two of us staying in the accommodation for 8 nights and were more than satisfied. The place is very nice and quiet. Everything is in perfect condition and very clean. The accommodation offers everything that is also in the description. We were able to park in front of the house very easily. The key is handed over from there via an acquaintance and was very flexible. Communication with the hosts was also excellent. We received a small self-written guide in advance, which has told us all about the accommodation and the most beautiful destinations in the area. If you had any questions or problems, the hosts were available very quickly and helped us directly. In addition, the two are very friendly and have given us some good tips on which restaurants and attractions are still available. We had a wonderful holiday experience all around and can fully recommend it. :) We will be happy to come back! :D

This is a very nice, spacious apartment in a new vacation complex. Teresa, the property manager, is extremely responsive and helpful. We enjoyed having a first-floor unit with a large, walled-in patio with dining table and chairs overlooking the pool. Sta. Domenica is a small sleepy resort town (at least in May it was) and it's best to have a car to get around.

We really loved every moment spent at the home of Antonio and his family. They were wonderful guests, welcoming us with a warmth and kindness that made us feel immediately at home. They shared with us the authentic traditions and flavors of Tropea, making our stay even more special. If you want to live an unforgettable vacation in Tropea, there's no better place. Not only will you find a cozy home, but also a family and dog that will make you feel like longtime friends. We recommend everyone to choose this house for a truly unique experience!

Maria’s home was beautiful, peaceful, and spacious. It was just like the photos, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. We appreciated the ability to stay on the beach from morning until nighttime, since the house is right across the street from the water. The beds were comfortable, the on site manager was helpful and friendly, and the owner was responsive and welcoming. By the time we arrived in mid September, the beach restaurants were closed and it was already the off season, but we enjoyed the empty beach and quiet evenings. You will enjoy this wonderful property!

Beautiful place, right on the beach, quiet, romantic place. Everything new and clean. A short walk to Pizzo. We'd love to come back. Definitely recommend 😉
