Our balcony had one of the best sea views we have ever had. Absolutely stunning. We went mid October and the weather was fabulous. Fantastic snorkelling in front of the villa in crystal clear calm waters. Tough walk if you want to go by foot to the nearest bar but we had a car so it wasn't a problem. Local firm are happy to collect you from the barrier and take you to Pizzo in a Tuk Tuk (great fun) which cost 5 euros each. Villa and surrounding area felt very safe and secure. Thank you Maurizio for a wonderful holiday.

Franco is a very present and kind host. The location of the property is a stone's throw from the sea, with a very spacious garden outside and a ten-minute walk from the nearest supermarket.

Great location right by the sea, a beautiful sunset every day, only a short walk to the beach and crystal clear sea, we enjoyed our holidays in Santa Maria very much! The surrounding area with Capo Vaticano, Grotticelle Beach and Tropea is also worth a visit. The house part is simple, but well furnished, always warm water and everything very clean. Well-equipped kitchen. Many thanks also to Aunt Anna, who looked after us very warmly and helpfully, and even drove us to the train station at the end. Thanks a lot!

It was a pleasure to stay in Mrs. Maria's apartment, a wonderful person and always available to answer our questions. The apartment is in a quiet area of Tropea and the view from the terrace is truly unique. I recommend Mrs. Maria's apartment, she makes you feel at home, kind, friendly and always available. It was great staying in one of the houses in Gianfranco and Gabriella's popular hotel. We stayed in the Chiani house, it is very well cared for with a attention to every detail typical of craftsmanship and the Calabrian tradition. Gianfranco and Gabriella are very kind and gave us great suggestions on the villages to visit and local activities. Living in Belmonte was an unforgettable experience, the house is set in the Middle Ages, looking out over the alleys and enjoying the views gave us the opportunity to participate in the millenary history of the villages of Calabria. We highly recommend staying with Gianfranco and Gabriella both to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Calabria and to live the experience of the medieval village of the crafts of Calabria.

Luigi met us at check in. He did not speak English, but it worked. We had absolute privacy and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We were greeted by birds every morning and a view to the sea. Unfortunately for us, many restaurants were closed for the season. However we were able to get into two with reservation. The apartment is located well next to the main piazza and parking in front of the building was easy. We stayed four nights with no regrets.

Cristina was very friendly and helpful host. Her apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It has lovely garden with a lemon tree. You need a car to access beautiful surroundings of Tropea, Pizzo, Capo del Vaticano, Zambrione beach (beautiful private place).

We had a great time in this small residence, which has a small bar with a rotisserie and a diner service for lunch. The staff has always been friendly and helpful for information. Apartment equipped with air conditioning. Residence practically on the sea with deckchair and umbrella service included. There is also a swimming pool but we considered the sea beautiful and did not use it. car parking spaces are available inside the residence with anti-hail covers.

Beautiful house with a huge sun lounger overlooking the sea. Extremely equipped with everything, both as tools and appliances in the kitchen, and as detergents and cleaning products. A stone's throw from the beautiful marina beach of Zambrone (very clean but immediately deep water). You are a 10-minute drive from Tropea, where there is also a Eurospin to do shopping, which I highly recommend because in the neighboring markets they fill you. Great house in a great place 👍

Castelluccio house This is a comfortable, roomy house in a beautiful green setting. It has large windows and a big front patio, full of flowers, overlooking the mountains and the valley below. It’s in a totally quiet rural setting, only 10 minutes drive into town. It’s one of the most peaceful settings we’ve stayed; it was wonderful to sleep so deeply. One issue to be aware of is the heating system (it was still chilly when we were there in early May). It’s good if you are familiar with making fires in a fireplace or wood stove, as this actually heats water pipes that control the radiators in the rest of the house. This is a property that shows the care and love of the owners, and the host is very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Mark & Brenda‘s apartment was super nice and super clean. The ocean is not so far and also very clean. Tropea is beautiful. You can cook in the apartment and we really enjoyed the bed because it is soft. The neighboors above were also super kind and helpful. Mark was a lovely host. He supported us always and provided helpful infos. We will come back.

Excellent location. Beach is absolutely lovely and we didn’t want for anything more. Marco was quick to respond to any questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a very nice, spacious apartment in a new vacation complex. Teresa, the property manager, is extremely responsive and helpful. We enjoyed having a first-floor unit with a large, walled-in patio with dining table and chairs overlooking the pool. Sta. Domenica is a small sleepy resort town (at least in May it was) and it's best to have a car to get around.

We had a fantastic week at the house. The location is perfectly close to a very nice quiet beach and the view is beautiful. The coast is incredibly beautiful, otherwise it is very quiet in this area. The house was very nice, everything was present and we felt at home there. Henry is a very friendly and helpful host, always available for a chat. Definitely recommended!

Maria’s home was beautiful, peaceful, and spacious. It was just like the photos, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. We appreciated the ability to stay on the beach from morning until nighttime, since the house is right across the street from the water. The beds were comfortable, the on site manager was helpful and friendly, and the owner was responsive and welcoming. By the time we arrived in mid September, the beach restaurants were closed and it was already the off season, but we enjoyed the empty beach and quiet evenings. You will enjoy this wonderful property!

I found this place great. Recently renovated house with modern finishes, cozy, very clean and quiet. It had everything you need, clean sheets, towels, bathroom kits, equipped kitchen and coffee machine with pods, we also found everything you need to have breakfast included. The kitchen is super equipped and in the bedroom there is a TV and also an air conditioner/heat pump that we used, the only downside is that since it was cold, the hot air remained in the bedroom and did not go to the other rooms but otherwise everything was really great. Antonio was really kind and helpful both at check-in and check-out super flexible, he gave us directions and tips on where to dine or have lunch in the area. We really felt right at home. I recommend it

I think at the base of every trip there should be a comfortable nest to come in and feel as good as when you come home. I thank Ornella for her availability, friendliness,politeness and kindness. We'll be back.

This apartment was the perfect location for my workation. Thanks to the air conditioners and the good internet, this place was very good for working and lingering. Everything was to my satisfaction.

Ideal apartment with very modern furnishings and all of the conveniences I could ever imagine needing. A big plus for the traveler is the washing machine that also functions as a drier - extremely useful. Overall a great place for short or long-term stays. Nearby street parking was always easy to find. From our perspective the apartment is in an ideal location in the city of Crotone: it is at the extreme north end of the public seaside walkway, which we found the most enjoyable part of the city to spend time in. It is worth being aware that the apartment itself is in the corner of a building on ground level next to small streets that are busy with pedestrian and vehicular traffic; there is no private outdoor space, and for security reasons guests will want to keep their frosted windows or window shutters closed (louvres open if one likes) for security reasons.

Fantastic stay in a Great location! It was so easy to get to the location, literally about 10 minutes walk from the train station in Tropea, And there were many restaurants near by to choose from. The apartment was clean, Tidy, and Exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsible and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommended this place to anyone travelling to Tropea with family and kids.

We were Fabrizio's guests and actually more than guests we really felt at home! The house is really cared for in every detail and everything is in its place, just like any self-respecting grandmother would want. He left us wood to keep us warm and everything we needed to spend 3 carefree days. The view from the kitchen, and moreover during New Year's Eve, was something magical and indescribable.
