A 20 km da Tropea, 11 da Capo Vaticano e Nicotera Marina , 18 dallo svincolo di Rosarno. Facilmente raggiungibili Pizzo, Briatico, Spilinga, Palmi, Bagnara, Scilla, Gerace, Stilo, Reggio Calabria, Locri, Taormina, Isole Eolie, Serra San Bruno, Aspromonte. Su richiesta Possibilità di aggiungere una culla.

Marina Holiday Home-Casa a 10 metri dalla spiaggia

Appartamento a picco sul mare, solo qualche gradino per raggiungere la piccola spiaggia sotto casa, grandi vetrate e grandi lucernari sul soffitto illuminano gli spazi. Rilassatevi sul terrazzino e godetevi il suono delle onde o gli spettacolari tramonti ogni sera diversi. La casa è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Marina con tanti ristoranti, pizzerie e gelaterie. 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro storico, con la piazza ricca di ristoranti, gelaterie e negozi di alimentari.

The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.

Современные аппартаменты в охраняемом комплексе с бассейном. Кухня, спальня (большая кровать), маленький садик с террассой. Рядом с комплексом большой супермаркет, пиццерии, рестораны. До моря 20 мин пешком, но если посещать разные пляжи, то лучше брать машину напрокат. У дома есть парковка. Все удобства: встроенная мебель на кухне, духовка, стиральная машина, бойлер. Возможно снимать аналогичный апартамент этажом выше с большой террасой. Сдается понедельно.
