Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. The house is seafront and the sea is only 10 metres (32ft) away from the apartments. The only thing separating the house from the sea is a small road and rocks that are good for swimming. However, if you do prefer pebble beaches there is one that is 5 minute walk away from the house.
