Such a cozy private room in a beautiful area, Wade was a fantastic host, the room was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

What a wonderful Airbnb experience this was, Paul’s place was sparkling clean, comfortable, well located, and communication was efficient with a late check out allowed. This was our second time in Avalon and we will definitely look to stay here in the future when visiting again.

From the start, Graig was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure all my requests were promptly fulfilled. The location was perfect—just a short and convenient distance to the wedding venue in Pasadena, which made everything stress-free and easy to get to. After checking-out, Graig let me know I’ve accidentally left behind some devices and clothes. Graig went above and beyond by quickly arranging to have everything mailed back to me. On top of everything, Graig is a fantastic host who really knows how to make guests feel at home. He also provided some great local recommendations that made my stay even more enjoyable. If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend Graig’s place for a comfortable, hassle-free experience. I’ll definitely be staying again!
